EVENT PRICING

To help you manage your budget and plan for your event, here are some of our standard costs and payment terms.

MINIMUM SPEND

All event bookings are subject to a minimum spend that varies according to the day and time of the event.

Breakfast – Exclusive Use from $250
Lunch – Exclusive Use from $1,000
Dinner – Exclusive Use from $1,500

*Non-exclusive use is available at lunch in a private or semi-private space. Please enquire directly.

PAYMENT TERMS

When you stage an event with us, you agree to the following payment terms. We recommend you book at least two months prior to your event, however, we can accommodate shorter lead times.

Standard

  • 25% Deposit – 7 days from invoice
  • 50% Payment – 60 days prior to event
  • 25% Payment – 7 days prior to event

Short lead (60 days or under)

  • 50% Deposit – 1 day from invoice
  • 50% Balance – 7 days prior to event

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

CAN WE GET EARLY ACCESS TO THE VENUE BEFORE OUR EVENT?

Yes, early access is available to the venue, dependant on any other events taking place prior on the day.

CAN WE BYO ALCOHOL?

Yes, we allow BYO alcohol. Corkage fees apply.

CAN WE COME FOR LUNCH TO EXPERIENCE THE FOOD, DRINKS, SERVICE AND VENUE?

Yes, non-members are welcome to dine at the club. We are open for lunch Monday to Friday, from 12pm–3pm.

Is there a room hire fee?

Room hire is free for members. Membership is low cost, easy to join and includes many other benefits. A fee of $550 per event applies for non-members.

What transport options are nearby?

We are conveniently located near many public transport options. The closet transport links are:

Trains – Wynyard Station
Ferries – Circular Quay
Buses – Gresham Street/ Wynyard
Trams – Circular Quay
Taxis – Bent Street/ Bridge Street

What are the usual booking periods for events?

Breakfast / 6am – 11am.
Lunch / 12pm – 5pm.
Dinner / 6pm – 12 midnight.

What time do guests need to depart?

Guests are to depart at the end of your allotted booking period unless an extension is agreed prior to the conclusion of your event.

How late can the venue stay open?

We can stay open until 3.30am.

Are there any restrictions on theming and styling the venue?

No, you’re free to theme the venue to your liking as long as there’s no risk of damage being caused to people or the venue.

Are there any noise restrictions?

No.

When do I need to advise catering numbers?

Final numbers are due 7 days prior to your event.

Do you cater for children, vegetarians and other dietary requirements?

Yes, we cater for children and any dietary requirements your guests may have.

What deposit is required to confirm the booking?

A 25% deposit of the forecasted cost of your event is required to confirm the booking.

When are the final payments for our event due?

A 50% payment of the forecasted cost of your event is due 60 days prior to the date of your event.
The balance of the estimated cost of your event is due 7 days prior to the date of your event.
All outstanding amounts owing on the conclusion of your event must be settled on the day.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via EFT, Visa, Mastercard, Amex & Cash.
